Right in time for the start of the 30. Summer Olympics taking place in London, street artist Zevs transformed the iconic Olympic Rings into his renowned liquid look.

The anonymous French artist who was first known for his graffiti in Paris during the 1990s became a big player in the street art scene. After his liquidation of many famous brand labelings like Google, Coca Cola or Chanel, Zevs took this year‘s biggest sport event as an inspiration for his newest work. The “Liquidated Olympic Rings“ print made by this graffiti legend is a limited edition: only 50 pieces could be purchased at “The Outsiders Store“ for street art and were sold out right away.

For all sports fanatics of you who want to watch the four-hour opening ceremony of this year‘s Olympics: it starts tonight at 9:30 pm and will be on one of the national public TV channels. And for the ones who are more into art than sports: check out Zev‘s creative website and have a look at more of his artworks.
